Rave Collective

I worked with Rave Collective as project manager through a multi-phase website build, helping guide them through a digital transformation after parting ways with a former business partner. They had recently developed a new brand identity and needed a website that could bring it to life while showcasing the high-quality video and brand work they produce, including movie trailers and commercial campaigns.

In the first phase, we focused on speed and clarity. Working on a tight timeline, we launched a clean, functional website that included a homepage, a portfolio to highlight their work, and a contact page. This gave them a polished digital presence while allowing room to grow.

In phase two, we expanded the site to include a deeper look into the company and its team. I led the timeline and coordination efforts to ensure we received all of the necessary assets and information from the Rave team. This included working closely with them to gather brand collateral, photography, bios, and stories to bring the About page to life in a way that felt personal and aligned with their identity.

Throughout the project, I oversaw schedules, cross-team communication, and launch readiness to ensure each phase rolled out smoothly with minimal errors. The result was a site that not only functioned well, but truly reflected who Rave Collective is as a company and creative partner.
